ผลกระทบของบทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิตที่มีต่อความสามารถในการใส่สายให้อาหารทางสายยางของนิสิตแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4 The Effect of Demonstration VDO Lesson of Nasogastric tube insertion on the 4th year Medical Students’ Competency

บทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต เป็นบทเรียนที่เรียนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต สามารถเรียนได้ด้วยตนเอง แต่บทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต ที่สอดคล้องกับวิชาชีพแพทย์นั้นยังมีไม่มากจึงเป็นที่มาของงานวิจัยนี้

วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างการสอนโดยใช้บทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิตเรื่องการใส่สายให้อาหารทางสายยางก่อนสอบปฏิบัติกับการสอนแบบสอบปฏิบัติก่อนเรียนผ่านบทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต แก่นิสิตแพทย์ปี4
วิธีการดำเนินวิจัย เป็นการศึกษาแบบ prospective cohort study ซึ่งจัดทำรูปแบบบทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต การใส่สายให้อาหารทางสายยางโดยแพทย์หญิงธิติมา เงินมาก แก่นิสิตแพทย์ปี4 แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่มโดยวิธีจับฉลากแบบสุ่ม กลุ่มที่1 ดูวิธีการใส่สายให้อาหารทาง
สายยางจากบทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต โดยมีการทดสอบก่อน (pre test) และหลัง (post test ) จากนั้นมาสอบปฏิบัติส่วนกลุ่มที่ 2 ให้สอบปฏิบัติก่อนหลังจากนั้นดูบทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต ซึ่งมีทั้ง pre test และ post test ระหว่างดูบทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต
ผลการศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 1 มีจำนวน 21 คน กลุ่มที่ 2 มีจำนวน 16 คน โดยผลสัมฤทธิ์ระหว่างการเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิตพบว่าคะแนนทดสอบหลังการเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต (post test) มากกว่าทดสอบก่อน (pre test) คือ 4.24 ± 0.8, 3.59 ± 0.96 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งมีความแตกต่าง
อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .00 และคะแนนการสอบปฏิบัติพบว่ากลุ่มที่ 1 ได้คะแนนมากกว่ากลุ่มที่ 2 ที่ไม่ได้ดูบทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต ก่อนสอบภาคปฏิบัติ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 62.43 ± 13.79 คะแนน กลุ่มที่2 ได้42.44 ± 10.47 คะแนน ซึ่งแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .00 รวมทั้งแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจในการเข้าร่วมโครงการพบว่ามีความพอใจมากที่สุด
สรุป จากการศึกษาและทำวิจัยในเรื่องสื่อการสอนบทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิต การใส่สายให้อาหารทางสายยางแก่นิสิตแพทย์ปี4
พบว่า เมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างการสอนโดยใช้บทเรียนวีดิทัศน์แบบสาธิตก่อนสอบปฏิบัติกับการสอนแบบสอบ
ปฏิบัติก่อนเรียนผ่านบทเรียนวีดิทัศน์ พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .00

     The demonstration VDO lesson is a lesson which can be studied through Internet network on one’s own. Yet the demonstration VDO has little employed in medical subjects. Therefore, it becomes the beginning of this research.

     Objective: to compare the academic achievement between teaching by using the demonstration VDO of Nasogastric tube insertion before practical examination and teaching by giving practical examination before studying the demonstration VDO on the 4^th year medical students.

     Methods: This research is the prospective cohort study. The demonstration VDO lesson of Nasogastric tube insertion for the 4^th year medical students was created by Dr.Thitima Ngoenmak. The medical students were divided into 2 groups by random; group 1 had watched the demonstration VDO before did both pre and post tests. Then they did the operative test. Group 2 first did the operative test. After that they had watched the demonstration VDO before did both pre and post tests.

     Results: Group 1 comprises of 21 medical students in total and group 2 has 16 medical students in total. The result shows that both groups have the mean of post test more than the mean of pre test  at 4.24 ± 0.8, and 3.59 ± 0.96 , respectively, which has the statistic at  p=.00. Group 1 has the mean of operative test more than group 2 at 62.43 ± 13.79,  and 42.44 ± 10.47 ,respectively, which has the statistic at p= .00. The overall of attendant satisfaction is excellent.
