Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาพื้นที่ของเซกเมนต์พาราโบลาของอาร์คิมีดีส พื้นที่ของรูปสามเหลี่ยมของอาร์คิมีดีสและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพื้นที่ของเซกเมนต์พาราโบลาของอาร์คิมีดีสกับพื้นที่ของรูปสามเหลี่ยมของอาร์คิมีดีสโดยใช้วิธีการของแคลคูลัสและเรขาคณิตวิเคราะห์ ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า เซกเมนต์พาราโบลาของอาร์คิมีดีสมีพื้นที่เท่ากับ 4/3 เท่าของพื้นที่รูปสามเหลี่ยมแนบในเซกเมนต์พาราโบลา รูปสามเหลี่ยมของอาร์คิมีดีสมีพื้นที่เท่ากับ 2 เท่าของพื้นที่รูปสามเหลี่ยมแนบในเซกเมนต์พาราโบลา และ พื้นที่ของเซกเมนต์พาราโบลาของอาร์คิมีดีสกับพื้นที่ของรูปสามเหลี่ยมของอาร์คิมีดีสมีความสัมพันธ์กันโดยที่เซกเมนต์พาราโบลาของอาร์คิมีดีสมีพื้นที่เท่ากับ 2/3 เท่าของพื้นที่ของรูปสามเหลี่ยมของอาร์คิมีดีส

The purposes of this article were to study the area of Archimedes’ parabolic segment, the area of Archimedes’ triangle and the relationship of the area of Archimedes’ parabolic segment and Archimedes’ triangle by using calculus and analytic geometry method. The results showed that the area of Archimedes’ parabolic segment was 4/3 times as the area of inscribed triangle, the area of Archimedes’ triangle was 2 times as the area of inscribed triangle and the area of Archimedes’ parabolic segment was 2/3 times as the area of Archimedes’ triangle.
