Approach to conservation and recovery of “Tinjok” textile wisdom of Loei Province / แนวทางในการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้าตีนจกของชาวจังหวัดเลย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม และถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาคืนความรู้สู่ชุมชน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้าตีนจกของชาวจังหวัดเลย และ 2) หาแนวทางการอนุรักษ์ และฟื้นฟูภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้าตีนจกของชาวจังหวัดเลย กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้ทอผ้าตีนจก ร้านจาหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์พื้นเมืองในจังหวัดเลย และกลุ่มทอผ้าไทเลย บ้านก้างปลา จังหวัดเลย จานวน 30 คน ใช้วิธีการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ เอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ ประเด็นสนทนากลุ่ม และกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเพื่อสรุปความเชิงพรรณนาต่อไป ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1) ตีนจก เป็นผ้าทอมือที่ชาวจังหวัดเลยนิยมนาไปต่อเป็นเชิงผ้าถุง เรียกว่า ตีนซิ่น ใช้เป็นผ้าสไบหรือผ้าเบี่ยง แต่ละผืนจะมีลวดลาย ที่แตกต่างกันไป ผู้ทอผ้าตีนจกทุกคนได้รับการถ่ายทอดมาจากมารดา หรือเครือญาติใกล้ชิด ทั้งนี้ ผ้าทอตีนจกอยู่ในความต้องการของตลาด และกลุ่มทอผ้าต้องการมีส่วนร่วมให้ฟื้นฟูการทอผ้าตีนจกในจังหวัดเลย 2) แนวทางการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูการทอผ้าตีนจกใน จังหวัดเลย ได้แก่ จัดกระบวนการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญา ดังนี้ (1) กาหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ กลุ่มทอผ้าที่เข้มแข็ง มีศักยภาพในการดาเนินงาน (2) กาหนดรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดความรู้ ต้องมีกระบวนการที่ดาเนินอย่างต่อเนื่อง (3) เจ้าของภูมิปัญญา ต้องเป็นบุคคล ในชุมชนเป้าหมาย มีความสามารถ ได้รับการยอมรับจากสมาชิกกลุ่ม (4) ผู้รับการถ่ายทอด ต้องเป็นผู้สนใจ มีความตั้งใจจริง (5) สถานที่ถ่ายทอด ได้แก่ บริเวณกลุ่มทอผ้า และบ้านพักของผู้เข้าอบรม (6) ระยะเวลาถ่ายทอด แบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง คือ อบรม เชิงปฏิบัติการ และติดตามผล (7) วิธีการถ่ายทอดความรู้ เป็นลักษณะการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติ แต่บรรยากาศการถ่ายทอดเป็นไปอย่าง ไม่เป็นทางการ และ (8) การประเมินผลการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญา

This research was a qualitative research implemented with action participatory research and transferred the wisdom back to the community. The research aimed 1) to study the “Tinjok” textile wisdom of Loei people, and 2) to find an approach for the conservation and recovery of “Tinjok” textile wisdom in Loei Province. The target group consisted of 30 “Tinjok” weavers, local product shops in Loei, and the group of Tai Loei textile weaver in Ban Klang Pla. The research method used the study analysis of document, related researches, interview, focus group, and participatory action research process. The qualitative data was analyzed with contextual analysis. The findings were as followings; 1) “Tinjok” was a handmade textile that Loei people like to attach it to Sarong which called “Tin Sin” or used as the sash. Each piece has different styled stripes. All “Tinjok” weavers were transferred the wisdom from their mothers or closed relatives. The “Tinjok” Textile was in demand of the market and the Tinjok weaver groups would like to participate in the recovery activity of Tinjok in Loei Province, 2) the approach for the conservation and recovery of Tinjok weaving in Loei Province included in the wisdom transferring process as (1) the specification of the target group which included the strong weaving groups that has the potential to do the process, (2) the specification of the pattern in transferring the knowledge which could be performed continuously, (3) the wisdom owner must be the community members that has the ability respected by the group members, (4) the learners who got the knowledge transformation must be the interested and intended people, (5) the place for the transferring knowledge were the weaving group area and the houses of the participants, (6) the duration of transferring was divided into 2 parts; the workshop and the follow up process, (7) the methods for the knowledge transformation was the workshop but informal, and (8) the assessment of the wisdom transformation was performed.
