Factors Predicting Learning Achievement of Bachelor Degree Student in Regular Program at Naresuan University / ปัจจัยที่พยากรณ์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิต ระดับปริญญาตรีภาคปกติ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

กำรวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษำควำมสัมพันธ์ระหว่ำงชุดของตัวแปรหรือปัจจัยพยำกรณ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทำงกำรเรียนของนิสิตระดับปริญญำตรี ภำคปกติ มหำวิทยำลัยนเรศวร และเพื่อสร้ำงสมกำรพยำกรณ์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทำงกำรเรียนของนิสิตระดับปริญญำตรี ภำคปกติ มหำวิทยำลัยนเรศวร โดยกำรศึกษำจำกกลุ่มตัวอย่ำง คือ นิสิตระดับปริญญำตรี มหำวิทยำลัยนเรศวร 17 คณะวิชำ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยนิสิตที่มีรหัส 54, 55 และ 56 จำนวน 12,486 คน ทำกำรเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจำกกองบริกำรกำรศึกษำมหำวิทยำลัยนเรศวร วิเครำะห์ข้อมูลโดยค่ำสถิติพื้นฐำน ค่ำควำมถี่และร้อยละ วิเครำะห์ควำมสัมพันธ์โดยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อย่ำงง่ำย กำรวิเครำะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ และสร้ำงสมกำรพยำกรณ์ด้วยวิธีกำรถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลกำรวิจัยพบว่ำ
1. ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทำงกำรเรียน ได้แก่ เกรดเฉลี่ยก่อนเข้ำศึกษำ ควำมเป็นกลุ่มวิชำวิทยำศำสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ควำมเป็นโรงเรียนขนำดใหญ่พิเศษ และควำมเป็นโรงเรียนขนำดใหญ่ ซึ่งสำมำรถอธิบำยควำมแปรปรวนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทำงกำรเรียนของนิสิตได้ร้อยละ 30
2. ปัจจัยที่พยำกรณ์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทำงกำรเรียน ได้แก่ เกรดเฉลี่ยก่อนเข้ำศึกษำ ควำมเป็นกลุ่มวิชำวิทยำศำสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ควำมเป็นโรงเรียนขนำดใหญ่พิเศษ และควำมเป็นโรงเรียนขนำดใหญ่ ซึ่งเขียนเป็นสมกำรพยำกรณ์ได้ ดังนี้

The purpose of this research were : 1) to study relationships between factor predicting learning with achievement of bachelor degree student in regular program at Naresuan University, and 2) to construct the predictive equations for learning achievement of bachelor degree student in regular program at Naresuan University. The research participants were 12,486 students in 17 faculties of bachelor degree student in regular program at Naresuan University. Collected data from division of academic affairs. The data were analyze by frequency, percentage, simple correlation and multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The factors relating with learning achievement of bachelor degree student in regular program at Naresuan University, i.e. Pre-GPA, Science and technology, Extra-large school and large school, were able to describe the learning achievement of bachelor degree student in regular program at Naresuan University with 30% accuracy.
2. The predictive equations for learning achievement of bachelor degree student in regular program at Naresuan University could be presented in the equation forms as follows:
