Factors Affecting Problems in Conducting Village Fund Accounting in Mueang Lampang District, Lampang Province / ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้านในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้านในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกองทุนหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 66 หมู่บ้าน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) และสถิติ  T-Test, F-test

จากการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 41-50 ปี มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ประกอบอาชีพค้าขาย ระยะเวลาในการจัดตั้งกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ตั้งแต่ 9 ปีขึ้นไป มีจำนวนสมาชิกในกองทุนหมู่บ้านตั้งแต่ 200 คนขึ้นไป มีจำนวนผู้จัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้าน 2 คน มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้าน 5 ปีขึ้นไป และเคยฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับการจัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้าน สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้านในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดลำปาง จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ระยะเวลาในการจัดตั้งกองทุนหมู่บ้าน จำนวนสมาชิกในกองทุนหมู่บ้าน จำนวนผู้ทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้าน และการฝึกอบรมในการจัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้านไม่ส่งผลต่อปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้าน สำหรับจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้านส่งผลต่อปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชีกองทุนหมู่บ้าน โดยผู้ทำบัญชีที่มีประสบการณ์น้อยกว่า 1 ปี มีปัญหาการจัดทำบัญชีแตกต่างกับผู้ทำบัญชีที่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 5 ปี

This research aimed to study factors affecting problems in conducting village fund accounting in Mueang Lampang District, Lampang Province. The data analysis was collected by questionnaires, 66 Village funds. The data were analyzed using mean, frequency and T-test.

The results showed that most of the samples were male, 41–50 years old, with bachelor education level, with merchant related job, time to set up village fund for 9 years old, with village members for 200 persons, with village funds accountants 2 persons, are experienced in village funds accountant for 5 years olds and passes the training of village funds accounting. For, factors affecting problems in conducting village fund accounting in Mueang Lampang District, Lampang Province classified by gender, sex, education level, occupation, time to set up village fund, village funds members, village funds accountants and training of village funds accounting which are not effect problems in conducting village fund accounting. While, experience in village funds accountant is effect problems in conducting village fund accounting, accountant at least 1 years of experience which more problems in conducting village fund accounting account over 5 years.
