Development of Learning Activity Package through Constructivism Theory with Six Thinking Hats to Enhance the Critical Thinking Skill on Topic “Food for Life” for Mathayomsuksa 2 Students / การพัฒนาชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามทฤษฎีสร้างองค์ความรู้ร่วมกับเทคนิคการคิดแบบหมวก 6 ใบ ที่ส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณเรื่อง อาหารกับการดำรงชีวิตสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย คือ 1) เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามทฤษฎีสร้างองค์ความรู้ร่วมกับเทคนิคการคิดแบบหมวก 6 ใบ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เพื่อใช้และศึกษาผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ โดย 2.1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 2.2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของระดับการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนักเรียนหลังใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้กับระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยโดยใช้การวิจัยและพัฒนา มี 3 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 1 สร้างและการหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ โดยได้นำชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เสนอผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน เพื่อหาความเหมาะสมของชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้และนำไปทดลองใช้กับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนปัว อำเภอปัว จังหวัดน่าน ปีการศึกษา 2557 ทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม คือ นักเรียนจำนวน 6 คน, 12 คน และ 40 คน เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 ขั้นที่ 2 ใช้และศึกษาผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ โดยนำชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้มาทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนปัว ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนน 36 คน แบบแผนการวิจัย คือ One Group Pretest–Posttest Design ขั้นที่ 3 ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนโดยใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามทฤษฎีสร้างองค์ความรู้ร่วมกับเทคนิคการคิดแบบหมวก 6 ใบ จำนวน 4 ชุด แบบทดสอบวัดการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ แบบวัดความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ หาประสิทธิภาพใช้สูตร E₁/E₂ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าทีแบบไม่อิสระต่อกัน ( T-Test for Dependent Samples) และสถิติไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square Test)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1.  ผลการสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ทั้ง 4 ชุด พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมในองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ของชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 79.04/77.43

2.  ผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ มีดังนี้

     2.1   การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

          2.2   ระดับการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์

3.  ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ พบว่า นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

The purposes of this research were 1) to create and study the efficiency of learning activity package through constructivism theory and six thinking hats at the criterion 75/75; 2) to implement the learning activity package with 2.1) compare the critical thinking skill before and after using the learning activity package, 2.2) to study the relationship between critical thinking skill level after using the learning activity package and achievement level in science; 3) to study student’s satisfaction towards learning activity package. The research methodology comprised of 3 steps of research and development. First step, creating and studying the efficiency of the learning activity package, five experts examine the appropriateness of the learning activity package and get experiment with mathayomsuksa 2 students at Pua School Pua, District Nan, Province, academic year 2014 by 3 groups of 6, 12 and 40 students to find the learning activity package’s efficiency at the level of 75/75. Second  step, implement the learning activity package, the sample group is 36 mathayomsuksa 2 students at Pua School, academic year 2014. The research design is one group pretest–posttest design. Third step study student’s satisfaction who study with the learning activity package. The research instrument compose of 4 sets of the learning activity package through constructivist theory and six thinking hats, the critical skill test, a student’s satisfaction questionnaire, study efficiency with E₁/E₂. The statistics for data analysis are the average, the standard deviation, t – test for dependent samples and chi–square test.

The results of research were as follows :

1. The result create and study the efficiency of the 4 learning activity package. It has been submitted for examining the appropriateness of every compositions of the learning activity package at high level and met efficiency at 79.04/77.43.

2. When the developed learning activity package was implemented, It was found that.

    2.1 The student have the critical thinking skill after using the learning activity package higher than before at the statistical significant of .01.

    2.2 The critical thinking skill level of the student after using the learning activity package there exhibited no relationship with achievement level in science.

3. The student have highly satisfied learning by using the learning activity package. It has been submitted for student’s satisfaction who study with the learning activity package in the high level.
