ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมทางด้านการเงินของแรงงานข้ามชาติชาวเมียนมาร์ / Factors Effecting to Financial Behavior of Myanmar Migrants

     การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมทางด้านการเงินและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมทางด้านการเงินของแรงงานข้ามชาติชาวเมียนมาร์ผ่านการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เส้นทางในการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมทางด้านการเงินของแรงงานข้ามชาติชาวเมียนมาร์ จำนวน 400 คนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งผลการวิเคราะห์ พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนเท่ากับ 8,685.86 บาท โดยมีพฤติกรรมทางด้านการเงินเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนด้านการอุปโภคและบริโภค 4,792.94 บาท ด้านการลงทุน 1,449.54 บาท ด้านการทำบุญ 332.43 บาท ด้านการออม 960.37 บาท การชำระหนี้สิน 465.81 บาท และด้านอื่นๆ 207.08 บาท สำหรับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมทางด้านการเงิน ได้แก่ ด้านการลงทุน การทำบุญและส่วนอื่นๆ มีอิทธิพลโดยตรงต่อพฤติกรรมทางด้านการเงินมากที่สุดมีค่าอิทธิพลทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมรวมกัน เท่ากับ 0.112 ในขณะที่ปัจจัยพฤติกรรมทางด้านการเงินด้านการอุปโภคบริโภคจะส่งผลทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมเท่ากับ -0.092

     This study aimed to analyze financial behavior and factors effecting to financial behavior of Myanmar migrant workers. Data was collected by a questionnaire with 400 samples of Myanmar migrant workers in Chiang Mai Province and path analysis was used to analyze the factors effecting to financial behavior. The result indicated that Myanmar workers earned the average income of 8,685.86 bahts per month. Their financial behavior included the monthly payment for consumption 4,792.94 bahts, investment 1,449.54 bahts, donation 332.43 bahts, savings 960.37 bahts, debt 465.81 bahts, and others 207.08 bahts. In addition, the most important factors affecting financial behavior were investment, donations, and others with the total direct and indirect effects of Path analysis 0.112. However, consumption affected the financial behavior with the total direct and indirect effects of Path analysis –0.092.
