ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร Factors Affecting Academic Achievement Of Dental Students, Faculty Of Dentistry, Naresuan University

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตทันตแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านต่างๆ กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตทันตแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร 3) ค้นหาปัจจัยที่ดีที่สุดที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตทันตแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นิสิตคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ชั้นปีที่ 4–6 ภาคเรียนปลาย ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 238 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตทันตแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร โดยนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติ (Enter Multiple Regression Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 4-6 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัวมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาได้แก่ เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพทันตแพทย์ ความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มเพื่อน นิสัยในการเรียน แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ และคุณภาพการสอนของอาจารย์ ตามลำดับ 2) ผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์กับตัวแปรอื่นๆ พบว่า ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ทุกตัวมีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง 0.255 - 0.598 สามารถเรียงลำดับความสัมพันธ์จากมากไปหาน้อยได้ คือ นิสัยในการเรียน แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ คุณภาพการสอน เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพทันตแพทย์ ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว และความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มเพื่อน 3) ผลการค้นหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร โดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติ (Enter Multiple Regression Analysis) พบว่า ค่าตัวแปรพยากรณ์ทั้งหมด 6 ตัวร่วมกันพยากรณ์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.707 มีค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 50 ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์มีค่า 0.299 แสดงว่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรเกณฑ์และตัวแปรพยากรณ์ทั้ง 6 ตัว มีความสัมพันธ์กันในเชิงเส้นตรง ซึ่งสามารถนำไปสร้างเป็นสมการต่อไปได้ และปัจจัยที่ดีที่สุดที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้แก่ แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ นิสัยในการเรียน และคุณภาพการสอน มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหูคูณ เท่ากับ 0.705 มีค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 49.6 มีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ เท่ากับ 0.298 และค่าคงที่ของสมการพยากรณ์ที่อยู่ในรูปคะแนนดิบเท่ากับ -0.705 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตคณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐานตามลำดับ ดังนี้

The purposes of this research were to 1) study factors affecting learning achievement of dental students, Naresuan University 2) study relationship between various factors with learning achievement of dental students, Naresuan University and 3) finding the best factors that affecting learning achievement and created prediction equation of learning achievement of dental students, Naresuan University. The sampling were 238 the fourth to sixth year dental students in Naresuan University. The variables in this research are achievement motivation, attitude toward the dental profession, behavior of learning, relationship with friends group, quality of teaching and family relationship. The instrument in this research were general information questionnaire and factors effecting to learning achievement questionnaire of dental students, Naresuan University. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, enter multiple regression analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. 

The results shown as follow: 1) Factors affecting learning achievement of the fourth to sixth year dental students, Naresuan University are high level in overall. When considerate each side found that family relationship have high mean. The next are attitude toward the dental profession, relationship with friends group, behavior of learning, achievement motivation, and quality of teaching respectively. 2) The result of finding relationship between learning achievements of dental students, Naresuan University with various factors found that all of prediction factors have relationship statistically significant at the .01 level with learning achievements of dental students, Naresuan University. The correlation coefficient between 0.255 - 0.598. It can be sort of relationship descending are behavior of learning, achievement motivation, quality of teaching, attitude toward the dental profession, family relationship and relationship with friends group. 3) Enter Multiple Regression Analysis found that six variables could forecast the dental students by having the statistical significant at 0.05 level. A multiplied correlation coefficient equal to 0.707. The predictive power was 50 percent that have standard error of prediction was 0.299 that relationship between criterion variable and six predictive variables in linear relationship. Can be created to equation. The best actors affecting learning achievements of dental students were achievement motivation, behavior of learning and quality of teaching. A multiplied correlation coefficient equal to 0.705. The predictive power was 49.6 percent that have standard error of prediction was 0.298 and constants value of equation in form of raw scores was -0.705. It can be written prediction equation that factors effecting to learning achievement of dental students, Naresuan University in raw score and standard score sequence as followed:
