ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมไทใหญ่ภูมิภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ความอยู่รอดในยุค “ประเทศไทย 4.0” Tai Yai Language & Culture in the Lower Northern Region A Survival in the Era “Thailand 4.0”

     บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการธำรงภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของชาติพันธุ์ไทใหญ่ภูมิภาคเหนือตอนล่างในยุค “ประเทศไทย 4.0” ข้อมูลการวิจัยเก็บรวบรวมจากภูมิภาคเหนือตอนล่างโดยการสำรวจ การสัมภาษณ์ผู้นำชุมชน การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและสังเกตการณ์ เอกสารท้องถิ่น และระบบสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า มีหมู่บ้านไทใหญ่ที่แบ่งเป็นชุมชน จำนวน 4 ชุมชนในอำเภอแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก ชาวไทใหญ่ในท้องถิ่นนี้ยังคงพูดภาษาและปฎิบัติตามวัฒนธรรมประเพณีของตนเองที่สืบทอดกันมา อีกทั้ง ยังมีกิจกรรมการธำรงรักษาภาษาและวัฒนธรรมตนเอง โดยบรรดาผู้นำจะปฏิบัติตนเป็นหลัก มีการจัดตั้งชมรมเครือไท มีการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูสิ่งปลูกสร้างทางวัฒนธรรม และมีการรณรงค์ด้านการอนุรักษ์ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมในสื่อสังคมออนไลน์

     This research article aims to study the language & culture maintenance of language & culture of the Tai Yai ethnic group in the lower northern region of Thailand. Data were from the region by surveying, interviewing of community leaders, participating & observing, studying local documents and accessing to the social media. The results show that there are 4 Tai Yai communites settled in Mae Sot district, Tak. The Tai Yai people still speak their own language and maintain traditional practices. For language & culture maintenance, they have been conducting activities in a number of ways such as heads’ performing principally, setting of Tai-association Club, conserving and recovering of cultural buildings and campaigning of language & culture in the social media.
