Abstract
การใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเรียนรู้เป็นสิ่งที่ไม่สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงได้ในสังคมยุคดิจิทัล โดยเฉพาะครูผู้ที่ทำหน้าที่ในการพัฒนาการศึกษา ดังนั้น การพัฒนาให้ครูมีทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต โดยการใช้เทคโนโลยีจะช่วยให้ประเทศไทยเป็นสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ บทความนี้ได้นำเสนอ การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การใช้เทคโนโลยีในส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย แหล่งทรัพยากรการศึกษาแบบเปิด และเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ การพัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของครู การพัฒนาครูสู่การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี ผลการพัฒนาครูให้มีทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และอุปสรรค ปัญหาในการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของครู

The use of technologies for learning is inevitable in digital society, especially for the teachers who are responsible for educational development. Therefore, the development of teachers to possess lifelong learning skills by using technologies will enable Thailand to become learning society. This article has presented lifelong learning, Lifelong learning skills with information technology, using technologies to enhance learning, including open educational resources (OER) and social media, lifelong learning skills for teachers, the development of teachers to lifelong learning by using technologies, the result of the development of teachers to possess lifelong learning skills and barriers to lifelong learning of the teachers.
