The Discriminating Variables to Determine a Completion of a Ph.D. Course, Naresuan University / ตัวแปรจำแนกการสำเร็จการศึกษาตามหลักสูตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรจาแนกกลุ่มดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ที่สาเร็จการศึกษา ระหว่างปีการศึกษา 2545–2555 จานวน 95 คน ซึ่งจาแนกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ ดุษฎีบัณฑิตที่สาเร็จการศึกษาโดยใช้เวลาภายในที่หลักสูตรกาหนด จานวน 20 คน และกลุ่มที่ใช้เวลามากกว่าที่หลักสูตรกาหนด จานวน 75 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามตัวแปรจาแนก การสาเร็จการศึกษาตามหลักสูตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Peason’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์จาแนก (Discriminant Analysis) โดยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์แบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ตัวแปรที่สามารถจาแนกกลุ่มดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เป็นกลุ่มที่สาเร็จการศึกษาโดยใช้เวลาภายในที่หลักสูตรกาหนด และกลุ่มที่ใช้เวลามากกว่าที่หลักสูตรกาหนดมีจานวน 2 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ ความรู้และทักษะเกี่ยวกับเทคนิคการวิจัย และการบริการการศึกษา

The purpose of this research was to study and analysis the variables determining the Ph.D. student group, Naresuan University. The sample was 95 graduated Ph.D. students, Naresuan University between 2002-2012 divided into 2 groups : 20 Ph.D. students having graduated within the time of the curriculum and 75 having graduated beyond the time of the curriculum. Both groups were selected with a Stratified Random Sampling. The tool for this research was a questionnaire on the factors determining the graduation of the Ph.D. course, Naresuan University. The data was analyzed through a calculation of Standard Deviation, Mean, Peason’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Discriminant Analysis with Stepwise Method.The results showed that the variables determining the group of the Ph.D. students, Naresuan University were the knowledge and the skills on research techniques and the educational services.
