Knowledge Management of Textiles Based on Lanna’s Ethnic Wisdom: Pgazkoenyau Community Mae Wang District, Chiang Mai Province / การจัดการองค์ความรู้ของหัตถกรรมสิ่งทอจากภูมิปัญญาชนเผ่าชาติพันธุ์ล้านนา: ชุมชนเผ่าปกาเกอะญอ อำเภอแม่วาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

การวิจัยนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเพื่อทราบถึงลักษณะส่วนบุคคล เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการจัดการองค์ความรู้ของสมาชิกกลุ่มหัตถกรรมสิ่งทอจากภูมิปัญญาชนเผ่าชาติพันธุ์ล้านนา ชุมชนเผ่าปกาเกอะญอ อา เภอแม่วาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มุ่งการศึกษาเฉพาะการจัดการองค์ความรู้ของหัตถกรรมสิ่งทอจากภูมิปัญญาชนเผ่าชาติพันธุ์ล้านนา และการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดการองค์ความรู้ของของหัตถกรรมสิ่งทอจากภูมิปัญญาชนเผ่าชาติพันธุ์ล้านนา ชุมชนเผ่าปกาเกอะญอ อา เภอแม่วาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งใช้แนวคิดการจัดการองค์ความรู้ ได้แก่ การสร้างองค์ความรู้ การจัดเก็บองค์ความรู้ การถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และการใช้งานองค์ความรู้ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เพศหญิงในชุมชนปกาเกอะญอ บ้านหนองมณฑา อา เภอแม่วาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยใช้เทคนิคการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการกา หนดโควตาและเฉพาะเจาะจง จา นวน 50 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูลของงานวิจัย ผลการวิจัย พบว่าส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 36–45 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดต่า กว่าปริญญาตรี โดยมีประสบการณ์ในการประกอบอาชีพในช่วง 1-5 ปี และมีอาชีพเกษตรกร ซึ่งการจัดการองค์ความรู้ของหัตถกรรมสิ่งทอจากภูมิปัญญาชนเผ่าชาติพันธ์ลุ ้านนาของชุมชนดังกล่าว โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติในการจัดการองค์ความรู้ ( x = 0.81, S.D. = 0.57) ในการปฏิบัติในการสร้างสมองค์ความรู้ ( x = 0.87, S.D. = 0.67) การปฏิบัติในการจัดเก็บองค์ความรู้ ( x = 0.77, S.D. = 0.37) การปฏิบัติในกรถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ( x = 0.78, S.D. = 0.49) และการปฏิบัติในการใช้งานองค์ความรู้ ( x = 0.82, S.D. = 0.92) แนวทางในพัฒนาการจัดการความรู้ของชุมชนเพื่อความยั่งยืน ควรมุ่งเน้นปัจจัยแห่งความสา เร็จในการจัดการองค์ความรู้น้นั จะต้องสามารถนา จัดการองค์ความรู้อย่าง มีดังนี้ 1) การเรียนรู้อย่างเป็นระบบ (System Thinking) 2) การครองงานของแต่ละบุคคล (Personal Mastery) 3) การสร้างทัศนคติการเรียนรู้ (Mental Model) 4) การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน (Shared Vision) 5) การเรียนรู้การทา งานเป็นทีม (Team Learning)

This research aims to study to know the nature of personal, social, economic and knowledge management of group member of textiles based on Lanna’s ethnic wisdom, Pgazkoenyau (Karen) community, Mae Wang district, Chiang Mai province. This study concentrated only on knowledge management of textile handicrafts of Lanna’s ethnic tribal wisdom with Pgazkoenyau community,
Mae Wang district, Chiang Mai. The concepts applied for knowledge management are included knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer and the use of the knowledge. The population used in this study is females in the community of Pgazkoenyau from Ban Nong Monta, Mae Wang district, Chiang Mai. The technique employed in this study is simple random sampling, which used both quota sampling and purposive sampling from 50 individuals. The research tool is a questionnaire. The result indicated that the majority of the respondent age between 36-45 years old, the highest education level is lower than bachelor degree, working experience between 1-5 years and work as farmers. From the study, the knowledge management of textile handicrafts of Lanna’s ethnic tribal wisdom in this community shows overall in the practice of knowledge management is ( x = 0.81, S.D. = 0.57), the practice of knowledge creation is ( x = 0.87, S.D. = 0.67), the practice of knowledge storage is ( x = 0.77, S.D. = 0.37), the practice of knowledge transfer is ( x = 0.78, S.D. = 0.49) and the practice of the use of knowledge is ( x = 0.82, S.D. = 0.92). The guidelines for sustainable development of community’s knowledge management should be concentrated along the success factors of knowledge management as 1. System Thinking, 2. Personal Mastery, 3. Mental Model, 4. Shared Vision and 5. Team Learning
