A Study Of Factors Influencing To Visionary Leadership For School Administrators Of Primary Educational Service Area Office Lower / ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ภาคเหนือตอนล่าง

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นาเชิงวิสัยทัศน์และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ทานายภาวะผู้นาเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ภาคเหนือตอนล่าง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จานวน 357 คน ที่ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 3 ตอนประกอบด้วย ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นาเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ภาคเหนือตอนล่าง และตอนที่ 3 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นา เชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ภาคเหนือตอนล่าง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ระดับภาวะผู้นาเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นาเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นาเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับระดับภาวะผู้นาเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั้ง 6 ปัจจัยนั้น โดยปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นาเชิงวิสัยทัศน์มีเพียง 3 ปัจจัย ตามลาดับ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์จากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ปัจจัยการสื่อสาร (0.339) ปัจจัยความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (0.281) และปัจจัยการจัดการข้อมูล (0.259) ตามลาดับ
สมการพยากรณ์ ได้แก่
1. สมการในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = 0.475+0.259T2+0.339T1+0.281T3
2. สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = 0.279Z2+0.354Z1+0.288Z3

The purposes of this research were to study the factors that affected the Visionary Leadership and to formulate predicting equation the Visionary Leadership of school administrators in Primary Educational Service Area Office lower Northern. The sample population were 357 school administrators in Primary Educational Service Area Office lower Northern by Stratified random sampling, and the research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts: Parts 1 for information on subjects’ status Parts 2 Visionary Leadership of school administrators in Primary Educational Service Area Office lower Northern and Parts 3 factors of the 

Visionary Leadership of school administrators affected the Visionary Leadership of school administrators in Primary Educational Service Area Office lower Northern. The instruments using in this study was a 5-rating scale questionnaire on the Visionary Leadership of school administrators in Primary Educational Service Area Office lower Northern. The statistics used for analyzing the data were mean, percentage, standard deviation, Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research finding found that:
1. The Visionary Leadership of school administrators in Primary Educational Service Area Office lower Northern were total at high level.
2. The factors affecting the Visionary Leadership of school administrators in Primary Educational Service Area Office lower Northern were total at high level.
3. The 6 factors of the Visionary Leadership of school administrators affected the Visionary Leadership of school administrators in Primary Educational Service Area Office lower Northern only 3 factors considering the order of Correlation Coefficient from the highest factor to the least factor that were factor in Communicative (0.339), Creative (0.281) and Data management (0.259)
The predicting equations are

2. Standard score equation Z = 0.279Z2+0.354Z1+0.288Z3
