The Relationship between Factors and Dropouts of Students in Bachelor Degree At Naresuan University / ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการออกกลางคันของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

กำรวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษำสถำนภำพของนิสิตระดับปริญญำตรี มหำวิทยำลัยนเรศวร ที่ออกกลำงคัน และ 2) เพื่อวิเครำะห์ควำมสัมพันธ์ระหว่ำงปัจจัยที่มีควำมสัมพันธ์กับกำรออกกลำงคันของนิสิตระดับปริญญำตรี มหำวิทยำลัยนเรศวร กลุ่มตัวอย่ำง ที่ใช้ในกำรศึกษำ ได้แก่ นิสิตระดับปริญญำตรี มหำวิทยำลัยนเรศวร ปีกำรศึกษำ 2556 ที่ออกกลำงคัน จำนวน 954 คน จำกจำนวนนิสิตทั้งหมด 17,781 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลที่ผู้วิจัยสร้ำงขึ้น โดยให้ผู้เชี่ยวชำญช่วยพิจำรณำควำมเหมำะสม วิเครำะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐำน คือ ควำมถี่ และร้อยละ วิเครำะห์ควำมสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติไคสแควร์
ผลกำรวิจัย พบว่ำ มีนิสิตเพศชำยที่ออกกลำงคัน จำนวน 352 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 5.93 เพศหญิง จำนวน 602 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 5.08 คณะที่มีนิสิตออกกลำงคันมำกที่สุด คือ วิทยำลัยนำนำชำติ มีนิสิตออกกลำงคัน 55 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 12.22 รองลงมำ ได้แก่ คณะมนุษยศำสตร์ มีนิสิตออกกลำงคัน 94 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 7.54 และ คณะวิทยำศำสตร์กำรแพทย์ มีนิสิตออกกลำงคัน จำนวน 47 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 7.06 วิธีกำรรับเข้ำที่มีนิสิตออกกลำงคันมำกที่สุด ได้แก่ วิธีกำรที่รับเข้ำโดยวิธีกำรตำมโครงกำรต่ำงๆ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 7.65 รองลงมำ คือ วิธีกำร Admission ร้อยละ 5.35 และวิธีกำรรับตรงมีนิสิตออกลำงคันน้อยที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.96 นิสิตที่มีผล กำรเรียนก่อนเข้ำ 1.01-2.00 มีร้อยละของกำรออกกลำงคันมำกที่สุด คือ 18.18 รองลงมำ คือ ผลกำรเรียนก่อนเข้ำ 2.01–3.00 ร้อยละ 7.19 และผลกำรเรียน 3.01–4.00 มีร้อยละของกำรออกกลำงคันน้อยที่สุด คือ 4.54
ผลกำรวิเครำะห์ควำมสัมพันธ์ระหว่ำงปัจจัยต่ำงๆ กับกำรออกกลำงคันของนิสิต พบว่ำ เพศ คณะวิชำ กลุ่มสำขำวิชำ วิธีกำรรับเข้ำ และผลกำรเรียนก่อนเข้ำศึกษำ ล้วนมีควำมสัมพันธ์กับกำรออกกลำงคันของนิสิตในระดับปริญญำตรีอย่ำงมีนัยสำคัญทำงสถิติทั้งสิ้น

An objective of this research can be classified into two aspects 1) to study status of dropouts of bachelor degree students at Naresuan University. 2) To analyze the relationship between factors with dropouts of a bachelor degree students at Naresuan University. The sample were 954 dropouts of students in 2013 academic year from all 17,781 students. The research instrument was the data collection by the division of academic affairs of Naresuan University. There was a secondary data. Basic statistics were performed to analyze with frequency, percentages, and chi-square.
The findings indicated that:
1. There was 5.93 percent of dropouts of students were male and 5.08 percent of dropouts of students were female. The most of dropouts of students were Naresuan University International College students (12.22%). Second, Faculty of Humanities students (7.54%) and Faculty of Medical Science students (7.06%). There was 7.65 percent of dropouts of students were the project selected method, 5.33 percent of dropouts of students were Admission selected method and 4.96 percent of dropouts of students were direct selected method. In addition, the findings found that there was 18.18 percent of dropouts of students were 

1.01–2.00 GPAX in secondary school, 7.19 percent of dropouts of students were 2.01–3.00 GPAX in secondary school and 4.54 percent of dropouts of students were 3.01–4.00 GPAX in secondary school.
2. The results of relationship between factors with dropouts of students in bachelor degree at Naresuan University was sex, faculty, category of faculty, selected method and GPAX in secondary school, have significantly related with dropouts of students in bachelor degree at Naresuan University.
