The Results of Utilizing Technology of Direct Paddy Seeder / ผลจากการใช้เทคโนโลยีเครื่องหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวสำหรับการปลูกข้าวแบบนาน้ำตม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการทานาและลดต้นทุนการผลิต โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีเครื่องหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าว สาหรับการปลูกข้าวแบบนาน้าตมด้วยการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมสู่กลุ่มเกษตรกรทานานาร่องในเขตพื้นที่อาเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ และอาเภอพรหมพิราม จังหวัดพิษณุโลก โดยใช้กระบวนการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีแบบมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างเจ้าของเทคโนโลยี ผู้วิจัยและผู้ใช้เทคโนโลยีเป็นหลักการสาคัญ เครื่องมือการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย เทคโนโลยีเครื่องหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวสาหรับการปลูกข้าวแบบนาน้าตม แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ใช้เทคโนโลยี แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้เทคโนโลยี แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี และการสนทนากลุ่มกับผู้ใช้เทคโนโลยี ใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ร่วมกับการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาด้านประสิทธิภาพการทางานของเทคโนโลยีเครื่องหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวสาหรับ การปลูกข้าวแบบนาน้าตมร่วมกับการประเมินประสิทธิภาพโดยกลุ่มเกษตรกรทานา ผลจากการนาเทคโนโลยีเครื่องหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวสาหรับการปลูกข้าวแบบนาน้าตมไปใช้เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพของชาวนาในเขตพื้นที่นาร่อง พบว่า กลุ่มเกษตรกร ทานา ตาบลท่ามะเฟือง อาเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ มีต้นทุนการผลิตลดลงเหลือเพียง 2,550 บาทต่อไร่ สามารถลดต้นทุนการผลิตได้ถึง 970 ต่อไร่ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 27 ส่วนกลุ่มเกษตรกรทานาพรหมพิราม ตาบลพรหมพิราม อาเภอพรหมพิราม จังหวัดพิษณุโลก มีต้นทุนการผลิตลดลงเหลือเพียง 2,800 บาทต่อไร่ สามารถลดต้นทุนการผลิตได้ถึง 720 ต่อไร่ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 20 การลดต้นทุนการทานาของเกษตรกรที่ใช้วิธีการปลูกข้าวด้วยเครื่องหยอดเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวสาหรับนาน้าตม เกิดจากการใช้เมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวในจานวนที่น้อยลงเพียงประมาณไร่ละ 6-10 กิโลกรัม/ไร่ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับวิธีการหว่านพ่นที่ต้องใช้เมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวถึง 25-30 กิโลกรัม/ไร่ จึงทาให้เกษตรกรทานาสามารถลดต้นทุนเกี่ยวกับเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวลงได้มากถึง 20 กิโลกรัม/ไร่ หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 20

This research aims to develop rice planting process and reduce the cost of production by using technology of direct paddy seeder. The research was conducted by transferring appropriate technology to pioneer farmers in the area of Amphoe Phichai, Uttaradit, and Amphoe Phrom Phiram, Pitsanulok, through transferring participatory technology among technology’s owner, researcher and users mainly. The tools used in this research were technology of direct paddy 

seeder, satisfaction evaluation form on utilizing this technology, questionnaire on acceptance of technology, and focus group of technology users. The research was conducted as a qualitative research combined with action research. Data analysis was qualitative data analysis by analyzing on contents of work efficiency of technology of direct paddy seeder plus with efficiency evaluation performed by farmers. The results of utilizing technology of direct paddy seeder were implemented in order to improve potentials of farmers in the pioneer area and it was also found that farmer group of Tambon Tha Mafueng, Amphoe Phichai, Uttaradit, were able to reduce the cost of production to be only 2,550 baht per rai or deducted 970 baht per rai calculated to be 27%. For famers in Amphoe Phrom Phiram, Pitsanulok, the cost of production was reduced to be only 2,800 baht per rai or deducted 720 baht per rai calculated to be 20%. Farmers who utilized direct paddy seeder was able to reduce the amount of rice seeds to be only 6-10 kilograms/rai for cost of production when comparing with sowing requiring to use rice seed for 25-30 kilograms/rai. As a result, farmers were able to reduce the cost of production regarding rice seeds up to 20 kilograms/rai calculated to be 20%.
