บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความชุกของการเป็นโรคเหา สำรวจปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเป็นโรคเหา และสร้างแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคเหา ในโรงเรียนนางแลใน ตำบลนางแล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย ผลการสำรวจ พบความชุกของการติดเชื้อเหาในนักเรียนจำนวน 20 คน (ร้อยละ 22.5) พบปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเป็นโรคเหา ได้แก่ เพศ การที่มีประวัติเป็นเหามาก่อน ความยาวของเส้นผม ระดับผม และ มีอาการคันศีรษะ มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ระดับ 0.01 และลักษณะเส้นผม มีความสัมพันธ์กับการติดโรคเหาที่ระดับ 0.05 จากนั้นดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งเป็นขั้นตอนที่ผสมผสานแนวคิด P-D-C-A คือ (1) ระยะการจัดทำแผน (Plan) มีการรวมกลุ่มระดมสมองในกลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและทำแผนการดำเนินงานเพื่อป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อเหา (2) ระยะนำแผนไปปฏิบัติ (Do) ในระยะนี้ผู้ร่วมวิจัยทุกฝ่ายดำเนินกิจกรรมตามแผนการดำเนินงานที่วางไว้ (3) ระยะการติดตามและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน (Check) เป็นการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานหรือการตรวจสอบผลการดำเนินงานในแต่ละขั้นตอนของแผนการดำเนินงาน (4) ระยะการดำเนินงานให้เหมาะสม (Act) จากนั้นนำมาทำการปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการดำเนินงานให้เหมาะสมเพื่อให้ได้แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคเหาของแต่ละภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ภายหลังการดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมพบว่า การติดเชื้อเหาลดลงจากก่อนการวิจัยเหลือเพียง 4 ราย (ร้อยละ 4.5) โดยพบเป็นการติดเชื้อซ้ำในผู้ที่ติดเชื้อรายเดิมทั้งหมด

Abstract
This participatory action research (PAR) aims to survey the prevalence of the head lice infestations, survey the factors associated with the head lice infestations, and establish the good practices in the prevention and control of head lice infestations in Nanglaenai School, Chiang Rai Province. The results showed that a prevalence rate of head lice infestations was 22.5%. The factors associated with the head lice infestations such as sex, history of head lice before, length of the hair, hair level, and scalp itching were significantly different at 0.01 level and hair type at 0.05 level. Then, the participatory action research was used which included: 1) Plan: encouraging participants to design action plans and management, 2) Do: the implementation of planned activities, 3) Check: monitoring and evaluation, and 4) Act: implementing the improved plan/activity. Finally, the result was used to establish a good practice in the prevention and control of head lice infestations in each relevant sectors. After conducting participatory action research, we found that the head lice infection decreased from previous research for only 4 participants (4.5%) and all case, were reported as reinfection.
