TY - JOUR AU - Polyiem, Titiworada AU - Nuangchalerm, Prasart PY - 2018 TI - แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นประชาธิปไตย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 JF - Journal of Community Development Research (Humanities and Social Sciences); Vol 11 No 1 (2561): January-March 2018 KW - Democracy, Education, Learning, Citizenship, 21st century N2 -      การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของความเป็นประชาธิปไตย 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นประชาธิปไตยของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาที่ 4 โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้ดำเนินการ 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การสังเคราะห์เอกสาร แหล่งข้อมูล ได้แก่ เอกสาร ตำรา บทความ งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอน เพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นประชาธิปไตย เครื่องมือ ได้แก่ ตารางวิเคราะห์แนวคิด ทฤษฎี เอกสาร และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และตารางวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมความเป็นประชาธิปไตย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการศึกษามาจำแนกตามประเด็นที่กำหนด และระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ครูที่สอนเกี่ยวกับประชาธิปไตย จำนวน 2 ท่าน โดยใช้เกณฑ์ในการเลือกจากผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนเกี่ยวกับประชาธิปไตยและเป็นผู้ที่รับผิดชอบโครงการประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียนเพื่อทำการสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมความเป็นประชาธิปไตย โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง      ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ส่งเสริมความเป็นประชาธิปไตยมี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) การมีส่วนร่วม (2) การเคารพซึ่งกันและกัน (3) ความรับผิดชอบ และ (4) การตัดสินใจเลือกทางเลือกในการแก้ปัญหา และการจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมความเป็นประชาธิปไตยต้องยึดถือหลักการรู้จักใช้เหตุผลหลักความสมัครใจ มีน้ำใจนักกีฬา ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบข้อตกลง และทุกคนมีความเท่าเทียมกัน การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเน้นให้ผู้เรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริง เรียนรู้จากสถานการณ์จริง ครูและนักเรียนต้องร่วมมือกันคิด และร่วมมือกันทำ ทุกกิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมในการคิดและการทำงาน ร่วมกันคิดไปในแนวทางที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ส่วนรวมมากกว่าส่วนตนเสมอ ไม่ส่งเสริมให้เกิดการแข่งขันว่าใครเก่งกว่าใคร คำสำคัญ: แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอน  ประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน   ความเป็นประชาธิปไตย      This research aimed to study 1) the components of democracy, and 2) instructional guidelines of teaching democracy of Mathayomsuksa 4 students. There were two phases of the study. First, the researcher analyzed the related documents: books, articles, and researches. Research instruments were table of review literature, theory, relate articles and researches and table of democratic behavior analysis. The data was analyzed by content analysis. The results were classified by the studied items. Second, the fieldwork was applied for authentic study. Target group was 2 experienced teachers who taught about democracy and were responsible for school Democracy Project by purposive sampling. The researcher interviewed them for the data about enhancing democracy activity.      The results showed that 1) there are 4 components of instructional guideline to enhance democracy; participation, respect, responsibility, and deciding to alternative solutions, 2) The instructional guideline to enhance democracy should follow principles of reasoning, willingness, sportsmanship, rules and agreements, and equality. The teaching and learning activities should emphasize on practicing. Students learn from real-life situation. The learning activities enhance the collaborating and participating between teachers and students. The activities should enhance the social benefits and should not promote the competition among students.
